End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the accounting integration application (“Application”) developed and maintained by Amahoro Coalition (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Application is intended for internal use by authorized employees, contractors, and representatives of the Company.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
1. Purpose of the Application
The Application is an internal software tool that integrates the Company’s ERP system with its QuickBooks Online account via the QuickBooks Online API.
The Application facilitates synchronization of accounting data, including:
- Vendors
- Customers
- Invoices
- Chart of Accounts
- Journal Entries
The Application does not initiate or process payments.
2. Authorized Use
Access to the Application is limited to:
- Employees of the Company
- Authorized contractors or agents acting on behalf of the Company
You agree to:
- Use the Application solely for Company business purposes
- Follow all internal policies regarding data handling and system use
- Not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
3. Ownership
The Application, including all related software, code, and documentation, is the exclusive property of the Company.
This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights to users.
4. QuickBooks Integration
The Application integrates with services provided by Intuit through the QuickBooks Online API.
By using the Application:
- You acknowledge that Company-authorized systems may access QuickBooks data via secure authentication
- You agree to comply with any applicable policies related to QuickBooks usage
5. Data Access and Use
The Application processes financial and accounting data strictly for business operations, including:
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Synchronizing ERP and QuickBooks data
All data accessed or processed remains the property of the Company.
Users must:
- Handle data in accordance with Company policies
- Not export, share, or misuse financial data without authorization
6. Security and Credentials
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Reporting any suspected unauthorized access immediately
The Company implements appropriate security controls, including encrypted communication and controlled access mechanisms.
7. Monitoring and Audit
Use of the Application may be monitored and logged for:
- Security purposes
- Compliance and auditing
- System performance and troubleshooting
By using the Application, you consent to such monitoring.
8. Availability
The Application is provided as an internal tool. The Company may:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time
- Perform maintenance that may affect availability
No guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
- Errors arising from incorrect data entry
- System interruptions or integration issues
- Decisions made based on system-generated data
10. Termination of Access
Access to the Application may be revoked at any time, including:
- Upon termination of employment or contract
- In cases of policy violations
- For security or operational reasons
11. Changes to This Agreement
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any updates.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
